They cut to the chase and it did not take the hours of negotiation that we have all grown accustom to when buying a car. I love the car, and find that their service department is quite efficient. Although time will tell, at this time I have no reservations about our continued dealing with them. While I have been a Cadillac owner until the deVille was discontinued - now I am an Infiniti owner and I am having a blast.

Dan has helped me each time. He once again did an awesome job helping me find the right car. All the paperwork went smoothly and when I picked it up he took the time to show me how everything worked on this particular model. The car has been great. I''ll continue to go there first when looking for a vehicle.

I purchased a used 2004 G35 from Steve. The first time I drove it at night, a couple of days later, I discovered one headlight and one reverse light were out. I went back to the dealer and asked Steve if the car had been inspected. I was told that the car came from the Lexus dealership in Lincoln and they should have done the inspection. When I explained the problem to Steve, he promptly reassured me the problem would be resolved. I immediately pulled around to the service bay and Jeramie took my car, asked if there were any other issues, and gave me a loaner. I commend the entire staff at Infinity of Omaha for their prompt, courteous, and personal attention to thier customers. The integrity shown at this dealership is above and beyond any experience I have ever had.
I purchased my Infiniti FX35 from Hassan and his team back in late July this summer. At this point in time I believe Hassan was just in his first few weeks with the the dealership. Hassan made my overall experience very enjoyable yet fun at the same time. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends. We have been working with Hassan since early, 2012. He has been very patient with us in our quest for the perfect QX56, keeping us informed on any certified vehicles that came available within the price range we gave him. He has spent hours giving us the pros and cons of several other comparable vehicles and I would definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends. He definitely wants to find the right vehicle that fits the customer's needs and is not just looking for a quick sale. We will be very loyal to Hassan for all of our car needs going forward because of this.
Purchasing a new vehicle can sometimes be a stressful experience. Not so with the staff at Infiniti of Omaha. We were treated great from the time we stepped on the lot. Quite frankly, we didn't think of Infiniti initially. Just happened to stop by the dealership on a whim. We spoke with Dave Kroll and Hassan Igram, they suggested the new JX. We took it for a drive and really liked it, but we weren't ready to make a decision yet so we continued looking at other vehicles. There was no pressure at all from Hassan, just a follow-up phone call. We ended up back at Infiniti and drove the JX several more times before we purchased it. Initially we ordered our vehicle from the factory and were prepared to wait until late Nov for our new vehicle. On Oct 23 we received a call from Hassan telling us that they had located a vehicle that had all of our options and it was enroute. We picked it up the next day! I can't say enough about how well we were treated by Hassan and the rest of the staff at Infiniti of Omaha. They certainly went out of their way to earn our business. First class all the way.

Dan recently sold us a 2011 Corvette. I had noticed the weekend dealer ad in the local newspaper. I called, left a message, and Dan called me back in short order. Dan convinced my wife and I an overnight test drive was warranted. We returned the next day, negotiated a fair deal, and Dan took it from there. The car was detailed...again, while we waited for the Finance mgr. to finish the paperwork with us. The wait was longer than appreciated, but to be fair, the dealer was busy and a number of customer transactions were ahead of us. Dan came out and demo'd the features/options, took us through the owner manual highlights, and passed us the keys for good. Overall experience was great, and we will do business with Dan again someday!!!

I recently traded my 2007 Infiniti FX35 for a 2009 FX35 while visiting Infiniti of Omaha for a service repair. The sales team of Dan and Dave were extemely pleseant, great to deal with and very flexible about working with me and my budget limitations. I am very satsified with my purchase and the buying experience. I truly felt Dan and Dave were concerned more for my satisfaction versus trying to just "sell another car". I highly recommend both of them and the Infiniti of Omaha dealership for your vehicle needs.

We purchased a 2013 infiniti JX and worked with Dan Birge. We were very impressed with Dan's professionalism and knowledge of the vehichle. We were in the process of leaning towards a lexus but due to Dan's time and effort put into the process he WON us over. Great decision and are very Happy with the vehichle
