We were traveling and stopped for the night in Omaha, I checked the oil in my Infinity QX60 before checking out yhis morning, and could not get the dipstick back in. I called this dealers service dept. and they sent a Technician to my hotel to help me out. He resolved the issue quickly and professionaly. I am super impressed with your Service Department.
Very cooperate feeling. I went in for something and was told they couldn’t find the issue after keeping my car for days and they wanted payment. I throughly enjoyed infinity of Omaha before they were bought out. They no longer supply loaner cars and will not answer the phone. Very disappointing in how the buy out effected this dealership. I was interested in purchasing a car after my warranty was up in my current car but I no longer have any interest in giving this place buisness of any kind. They are professional and on time they do a great job they wash and clean the interior car. They’re very respectful and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Friendliness, professionalism, quality of work and very clean facilities. I find the service department, as well as the parts department to excellent communicators.
They promised a loaner and then had to reschedule my appointment because of their policy and poor management of outstanding loaners. The GM made the decision and it’s been five days since he was supposed to call me to discuss this. I don’t think they can keep their word. So disappointing.
