I was very pleased with the level of attention offered during my visit. It was better than ever
This dealer has very bad customer service. On the point of miss representation. We purchased a 60k mile maintenance program. At 24k mile oil change. We are told the program was canceled. Brought contrac to sales manager. Says he will get back to us. Afterc4 weeks and 4 follow up calls. We have not received any call backs or resolutions. DO NOT PURCHASECE FROM THEM
We've purchased out last four Infiniti's from Cindy. I honestly can't imagine purchasing a car from anyone else. She has taken such good care of both of us! It isn't as convenient as some other dealerships but so worth it to know you can trust them to always treat you right whether you have service work scheduled or just drop in to have your car washed.
