I just finished reading "What Others Say" and echo what they all stated except for the over the top tirade about Dale Elrod. I have been bringing my QX60 to INFINITI of Omaha for four years and usually Dale is my service rep. The Dale I've dealt with has always been friendly, respectful, and professional. If I owned an auto dealership I would want all my service personnel to be Dale Elrod.

I leased a G37x from this dealership 3 years ago. I had a great experience with the dealership. I have been to the INFINITI of Omaha dealer multiple times and they have all been great experiences. My last visit I bought a used car from them. If you go there definitely ask for Max. He's honest, straightforward and easy going. I would highly recommend this dealership for buying a new or used car, we've had some really bad experiences with pushy salesmen at other Omaha dealers, but my experience has always been enjoyable here. I was driving by this dealership and saw some cars I might have an interest in so we pulled over and looked around for a few minutes and were greeted by James. He showed us a eclipse and knew the car inside and out. He was not pushy and let us think about the decision overnight.
