The seatbelt warning bell appesrs to have been fixed. The dash still shows that someone is sitting in the seat behind the driver at all times however. I emailed the dealership to see what needs to be done to correct that issue but have not received a reply.

The dealership was great and very accommodating when it was INFINITI of Omaha. Now that they are woodhouse, they seem to play by different rules that are not customer friendly. You can’t reach the dealership direct all calls go to call center and they are not very friendly there.

I brought my car in at the last moment, however the service manager was able to diagnose my issue and fix the problem.
The dealership was supposed to send over documents to sign. They never did and never followed up. This nearly caused a delay in being able to register my new car, one that was only averted by reaching out to their title department. Overall completely unimpressed by this “luxury” dealership.

Fender issue on 2024 QX60 unresolved despite car being kept for most of day. Ultimately, seems to be an INFINITI Corporate issue due to manufacturer defect that causes fender to keep coming unattached from body. With that said, the local rep has not gotten back to me in 2* weeks with a solution to the problem.

Prices seem to have increased since Woodhouse purchased. Much more expensive than my other vehicles which are serviced elsewhere (Diers will even pickup your vehicle and deliver when complete).

I went in for a recall service and the part wasn't there. They said it would be in "next week". That was a month ago. I have left messages with my phone number at the service center a few times and they haven't called me back.
Other than botching my appointment, I've always been treated well. I'm glad Pat is the new service manager, he has always been great to deal with.
Go see Eduardo Corona! He's very patient and knowledgeable. I was referred to him and wasn't disappointed. I'll be coming back.

The Infinity service team was we're very attentive. They listened to my concerns and assured me that they would attempt to find the problem if one exists. After inspection, they were unable to identify a problem. I've accepted their diagnosis and feel much more comfortable driving the vehicle.
