The service department absolutely does not meet my expectations. It’s not like they used to be back when I owned my QX 56. The lack of communication is unbelievable. My car has been in the shop five weeks out of the last eight weeks.

I needed a ride after dropping off my car. the ride service was delayed. Andrew saw that i was waiting and provided me with a ride to work. He did not want me to unnecessarily wait for the service and be late for work. He showed great initiative and this is the reason for my 5-star rating. There was some confusion regarding the cost estimate hence my rating for the cost estimate question.

There service department is great. Scheduling a service appointment is easy, they greet you when arriving and walk you through everything they did.
Sales and financing staff are polite and professional. They didn’t try to pressure me into things that I didn’t want. Service department was equally polite and professional. Very happy with my sales and service experiences.

This dealer has very bad customer service. On the point of miss representation. We purchased a 60k mile maintenance program. At 24k mile oil change. We are told the program was canceled. Brought contrac to sales manager. Says he will get back to us. Afterc4 weeks and 4 follow up calls. We have not received any call backs or resolutions. DO NOT PURCHASECE FROM THEM
We've purchased out last four Infiniti's from Cindy. I honestly can't imagine purchasing a car from anyone else. She has taken such good care of both of us! It isn't as convenient as some other dealerships but so worth it to know you can trust them to always treat you right whether you have service work scheduled or just drop in to have your car washed. Shannon greeted me the minute I walked into the service area. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We went over what I wanted to have done and she said they would get started right away. She also went over my extended warranty with me. There were a couple of things the service technician found that would need to be taken care of at some point. I decided to wait till next time. I brought my car in for a routine oil change about two weeks ago. When I discussed the reason for my visit upon entering the garage, I explained that in addition to the oil change, I was hoping someone could help explain why my remote start isn't working. When I was alerted to my car being "ready", I was given a report about the oil change, but nothing about the remote start. Terrible customer communication from the service department. We’ve been in the INFINITI family for over 10 years. Things are getting worse with how customers are being treated. We are not planning to own an INFINITI ever again!

I don’t think n I was charged fairly for my service. I had an estimate for $280 to replace my rear brakes- I was only able to do the front at my initial appointment due to time constraints so had to come back to get my rear done and my total for my rear brakes was $388.96- not $280 as the estimate said and that is what my front brakes costed.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at INFINITI of Omaha. The location was very clean and the entire staff were very nice and not pushy at all. Experience was okay. We felt prioritized when walking around the lot and Dinet assisted us well. When we got to the financing portion of the deal, we had to wait for a long period of time for someone to assist us. 2 hours! We drove 3 hours to purchase our INFINITI. Also, I asked for a small INFINITI mug and they did not deliver on what I would say is a small request after waiting that long and making such a large purchase.

Took for ever to get to finance people, gave them a price range and length of payment and they wanted me to sign it and had to get angry for them to get my payment, why ask if you don’t plan on meeting my requirements, because eventually you did. Just frustrating feel like we could have been done 60-90 minutes faster.
Shannon is the best thing to happen to the service department at INFINITI of Omaha. The service was sellar. The car was spotless and she stayed in contact even though I was only in the waiting area.

This dealership did not honor the sales agreement I had made with the previous owne in 2024. I purchased the car 1 day after they took over. Has left a bad taste in my mouth. The manager took my paperwork with the lower price and did not returnnit to me. Charged me more than agrred upon. Says he was loosing money. Not my problem. We found a car online and they held it for us because of weather. We made the trip on the weekend. The vehicle was waiting for us when we arrived warm and full of gas. We decided to purchase it. Everything went smoothly. In my opinion you can’t get better customer service than what was offered here. From looking to purchasing flawless and painless purchase. I would give an 11 out of 10

No accountability for service or repairs. Everyone I have spoken to says it’s someone else’s fault. This used to be a luxury car dealership, it is no longer that since Woodhouse bought it.
